                                                                                  Flint Institute of Art Ginny Ruffner - Aesthetic Engineering  Ginny Ruffner loved flowers and created a lot of floral paintings while being in her garden. As she matured, Ginny decided to make floral art of out glass. Her floral series Aesthetic Engineering was very creative and eye catching. She made the stems of the flowers mimic DNA strands, she did this because she was creating her own species of flowers. This artwork caught my eye as I think that blown glass is very intriguing and eye catching.
